Father Alan Wielinski was born and raised in Little Falls Minnesota.  He attended Crosier Seminary High School and Junior College in Onamia, St. John’s University and School of Theology in Collegeville, Minnesota.  Fr. Alan was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop George Speltz on June 2, 1984.  He has served at many parishes around the diocese.   Most recently, before coming to Our Lady of Victory in July of 2013, he served for six years as pastor of the newly twinned parishes, St. Peter and St. Paul in St. Cloud.  While pastoring at St. Leonard’s in Pelican Rapids and St. Elizabeth in Elizabeth, Fr. Alan also was engaged in Hispanic ministry and received a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry with a Hispanic emphasis from Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Texas.  Fr. Alan enjoys people, music of many kinds, spiritual reading and keeping up with world news, bicycling and walking, and travel.  His favorite saint is Francis of Assisi who calls forth from all of us a more radical commitment to Christ and to peacemaking.

Sharon and Chuck have been married for 41 years. They have three children and four grandchildren but are always looking for more of the latter!  Chuck is retired from the Veteran’s Medical Center in St Cloud, where he worked for thirty-five years and from the Army Reserve in which he served for thirty-two years.  Chuck studied at St John’s University School of Theology and received his Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry in 2006 and was ordained a Deacon on June 10, 2006 at St Mary’s Cathedral. Chuck served as a deacon at St Mary’s Cathedral for three years before coming at OLV. He moved here in June of 2009 and has said, "it has been the best move I could have asked for."

Dean Pawlowski grew up in Warren, MN. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, he took a job with Otter Tail Power Company.  After marrying Sarah, Dean moved to Fergus Falls, where he continues to work for Otter Tail Power as a Principal Engineer in the transmission contracts department.  Sarah and Dean have two kids, Will and Sophia.  Dean was ordained to the Order of Permanent Diaconate in June of 2018.  His ministries include working with the youth, teaching religious education classes, visiting the sick, social concerns, and assisting with liturgy.

Joel Myhre has been a Fergus Falls resident since 1993. He was raised as a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN. He has a long and varied career, starting as a reporter and later an editor and publisher for the Fergus Falls Daily Journal. In recent years, he served as a financial advisor for Edward Jones, a high school science teacher in Wheaton, MN, and a marketing specialist for Otter Tail Power. He has a 19-year-old daughter who is a student at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, studying political science. He enjoys music, golf, walking, puzzles and spending time with his family.

Emily grew up in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, with her parents and younger sister, graduating from Fergus Falls High School in 1998. She brings more than 25 years of graphic design experience, including work with The Daily Journal and Tag Up. She lives in rural Underwood with her husband, Jamie, her son, stepson, and stepdaughter. Their family includes a yellow lab named Nova, three cats, and a few chickens. Emily has a natural eye for design and enjoys using her creativity to serve others and bring ideas to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, listening to music, and appreciating the simple joys of summer.

Jake was born and raised on his family's farm in Morris, MN. After graduating from Morris Area High School, he pursued a degree in elementary education with a specialization in mathematics at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Following his graduation, Jake gained valuable experience as a substitute teacher in the Fargo-Moorhead area, at St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School in Brainerd, and at Rothsay Elementary School. In 2014, he joined Our Lady of Victory School, where he dedicated eight years to teaching sixth grade before becoming principal in 2022. Jake holds a master's degree in educational leadership from Creighton University. Jake and his wife, Riane, reside in Fergus Falls with their three daughters. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, camping, and unwinding with video games.

As part-time Pastoral Assistant, Deb fulfills as-needed assigned ministries such as sacramental prep for older students, funeral planning, and Word and Communion services.  Deb became a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church when she moved to Fergus Falls for work as a hospital chaplain in October 2015.  Most of Deb's career was as a school psychologist for the St. Cloud, MN school district.  Most recently, Deb was OLV's Preschool/Elementary Faith Formation Coordinator (Fall 2021-Spring 2026).  She loved how this opportunity allowed her to get to know children of our parish and witness their openness to the love of God.  Deb currently lives with two adopted dogs:  Buster and Ted.  They keep her moving!   Deb also loves to travel, particularly through Catholic pilgrimage tours.
