Rental Form/Information
Our Lady of Victory Church allows for the Rental of the Fellowship Hall, School Gymnasium, and St. Joseph Room. Please fill out the rental form (both pages) and submit it at the Our Lady of Victory Chruch office at 207 N Vine St., Fergus Falls, MN or email it to contact@ffolvchurch.org. Click the form below.
Facility Usage Guidelines
• Wash any tables that were used.
• Chairs or tables that are repositioned or taken down need to be returned to their places unless permission to do otherwise has been granted.
• Always leave fire exits clear. This is pretty much any door other than those to closets.
• Empty any garbage containers that were used.
• Take out any recyclables if more than a couple of items.
• Clean up any noticeable spills
• Consumption of alcohol on the campus of Our Lady of Victory Church and School is strictly PROHIBITED, except for parish-sponsored events and wedding receptions with express permission from the Pastoral Council.
