Children's Liturgy of the Word
3-year-old to Grade 1
Today we know and understand that children experience liturgy and all the normal events of life with a capacity consistent with their age.
It is easier for young children to participate fully in the Eucharistic Celebration (Mass) if they can understand what they are doing and seeing.
Children's Liturgy is offered most Sundays during the 10:30 am Mass beginning in September through May. Children are called up front before the first reading and return to parents before the Liturgy of the Eucharist begins.
We ask parents to register in the fall, and the fee is a free will offering. If your child wants to start attending the program at another time during the school year, please touch base with the adult leader.
Elementary Faith Formation
Grades 1 to 5
Classes meet from 3:40 pm - 5:00 pm on Wednesday and typically begins on the first Wednesday of October. There is a registration fee of $50 per student. There is a family registration fee limit of $125. For students who attend public shool, there is bus transportation available to OLV Church.
