Emergency Assistance

Emergency Assistance Ministry

Catholic communities have long shared resources in service to those in need, and Our Lady of Victory continues this charitable ministry in faithful continuity with that tradition. This confidential program provides assistance, as resources allow, for needs including food, rent, utilities, fuel, furniture, and related essentials.

In addition, individuals may be referred to appropriate community support services, including Social Services, Food Shelf, Salvation Army, and Mahube‑OTWA to ensure access to available local assistance.

TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE:
  1. Forms are no longer available online. Applicants must visit the Our Lady of Victory Church Office to complete the required form in person.
  2. The committee convenes Tuesday mornings to review all submitted requests.
  3. Applicants will receive a follow‑up call on Tuesday or Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. with the committee’s decision.
  4. Approved assistance may be picked up directly at the church office.

*** Please note: Emergency assistance from Our Lady of Victory is limited to two (2) approved requests per calendar year per household.
